"Thank you for sending me my certificate along with your lovely letter of congratulations and best wishes. I would like to thank everyone at the school, the people who answer the telephones—and are always ready to help—and most of all to my wonderful tutor, Joan. It was a pleasure working with her. I learned a lot from her. She was always patient, kind and encouraging. She instructed me and gave me good advice without putting me down. A truly excellent tutor. I really enjoyed the whole course. I'm going to miss it."
